L2 Middleware / BSS Integration Support Engineer – RiyadhWe are looking for an experienced L2 Middleware / BSS Integration Support Engineer to join a telecom BSS managed services environment in Riyadh.The successful candidate will provide L2 operational support for the middleware and integration platforms connecting critical BSS applications, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability.ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for middleware, ESB, API and messaging platforms.Support Software AG WebMethods Integration Server, API Gateway and BPMN workflows.Monitor message queues, topics, throughput, consumer lag and integration errors.Troubleshoot queue backlogs, poison messages, connection issues and integration failures.Investigate integration issues across CRM, Billing, Order Management, Mediation and Activation.Manage routing rules, queues/topics, transformations and API configurations.Support clustering, HA and failover mechanisms.Perform middleware patching and upgrades.Troubleshoot REST and SOAP APIs.Coordinate complex incidents with L3 and vendor support.Maintain middleware documentation, architecture diagrams and run-books.Monitor and report middleware performance KPIs.Required Skills5–8 years' middleware administration and integration experience.Strong Software AG WebMethods experience.Integration Server / API Gateway / ESB knowledge.Experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.REST and SOAP API troubleshooting.Java, XML and XSLT knowledge.Telecom BSS integration experience.Understanding of pub/sub, request-reply, routing and transformation patterns.ITIL incident and change management awareness.Strong English communication skills.Nice to HaveEricsson BSS experience.Ericsson EOC, ECM, Billing, Mediation or Dynamic Activation.TMF620 / TMF637 APIs.IBM Integration Bus, Red Hat Fuse or Oracle Service Bus.JBoss EAP, WildFly or WebLogic.BPMN workflow experience.ELK monitoring.Why Apply?This is an opportunity to work across a large-scale telecom BSS environment where WebMethods forms the central integration backbone between multiple business-critical platforms.How to ApplySend your latest CV to hiro.gomez@tanint.com.
