L2 Specialist – Application Performance Monitoring (Dynatrace)

We are hiring an experienced Dynatrace / APM Specialist to provide enterprise application performance monitoring, observability, troubleshooting and optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor application availability and response times.Monitor servers, hosts, processes and infrastructure components.Configure and tune Dynatrace alerts.Investigate application/service performance problems.Identify performance bottlenecks and anomalies.Perform RCA using dashboards, traces, logs and dependency mapping.Maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.Verify OneAgent deployment and data-collection coverage.Support observability optimisation and platform improvements.RequirementsStrong hands-on Dynatrace experience.Dynatrace Associate certification or higher preferred, or equivalent demonstrable observability expertise.Strong knowledge of:Application Performance MonitoringObservabilityDistributed tracingPerformance engineeringDynatrace OneAgentStrong RCA/troubleshooting capabilities.Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
