L2 Specialist – VoIP Security & SBC

We are hiring an experienced VoIP/SBC Specialist to support enterprise voice security, SIP infrastructure and high-availability Session Border Controller environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and operation of SBC High Availability solutions.Monitor and harden SIP signalling and media security.Troubleshoot SIP trunk and interoperability issues.Support carrier, PBX and endpoint integrations.Configure and troubleshoot NAT traversal.Monitor QoS, jitter, latency and packet loss.Troubleshoot voice-quality degradation.Monitor for toll fraud, DoS and unauthorised SIP registrations.Perform RCA for escalated VoIP/SBC incidents.RequirementsStrong hands-on SBC/VoIP experience.Certification on a leading SBC technology such as:AudioCodesRibbonOracle/Acme PacketStrong knowledge of SIP/RTP protocols.Strong VoIP security-hardening skills.PBX/carrier integration experience.Must be available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
