🚀 Job Opportunity: L2 System Engineer (Wintel/Server Management/AD/DNS)📍 Location: Dubai (Onsite) 💼 Employment Type: Full-time | 1 Year Extendable Contract 💰 Salary: negotiable + single benefits🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to max 1 month 🌐 Client: Healthcare SectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled L2 System Engineer to provide second-level technical support for servers, operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, resolving technical issues, monitoring systems, and collaborating with L1 and L3 teams to ensure system availability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure.Troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and authentication issues.Perform server/application installations, patching, and upgrades.Monitor system health, performance, and availability.Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve escalated incidents.Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.Coordinate with vendors and L3 teams for complex issues.Support migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives across cloud and virtualization platforms.Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in server administration or IT infrastructure support.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and networking fundamentals.Experience with VMware virtualization and monitoring/ticketing tools.Basic knowledge of Azure cloud platforms (advantageous).Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateRed Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)ITIL 4 FoundationCandidate RequirementsMust be Dubai-based (priority) or available for immediate relocation.Nationalities: Open Immediate joiners preferred.📩 Application Deadline: October 1st, Thursday, 10:00 AM 👉 Submit CVs with candidate details (Notice period, current location, contact info, salary expectations, MOFA-attested degree status).
