Location: Dubai, UAE – OnsiteDuration: 1 Year + ExtensionNotice Period: Immediate to maximum 1 monthCandidate Location: UAE-based candidates preferred; outside UAE candidates must be immediate joinersKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 technical support for Windows/Linux servers, infrastructure applications and IT infrastructure.Troubleshoot incidents escalated by L1/NOC teams.Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and problem resolution.Monitor system health, performance, availability and capacity.Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, permissions and authentication issues.Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.Perform server/application installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.Analyze system and infrastructure application logs.Maintain SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for complex technical issues.Follow ITIL incident, problem, change and access management processes.Support migration, upgrades and transformation initiatives across cloud and virtualization platforms.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in Server Administration / IT Infrastructure Support.Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN and basic networking.Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools.Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware.Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateRed Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)ITIL 4 FoundationAbility to work independently and effectively with L1/L3 support teams.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Equivalent practical experience may be considered.#Hiring #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #SystemSupport #L2Support #InfrastructureSupport #ServerAdministrator #WindowsServer #Linux #ActiveDirectory #VMware #Azure #ITInfrastructure #ITIL #HealthcareIT
