This role covers Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and productivity across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesAzure Cloud: Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, networking, governance, and security.Microsoft 365 & Identity: Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID with advanced security and compliance.Intune & Endpoint Management: Manage cross-platform devices, implement Autopilot, BYOD policies, and Defender integration.VDI: Deploy and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365, manage golden images, FSLogix, and user experience.General: Act as escalation point for complex incidents, ensure compliance with UAE/Dubai Government regulations, and maintain documentation/runbooks.Required Skills & Experience7–10+ years in Microsoft infrastructure, with 5+ years in Azure & Microsoft 365.Proven expertise in Azure networking, identity, and security at scale.Strong hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365.Proficiency in PowerShell, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security solutions.Background in healthcare or government environments preferred.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (AZ-140)Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) / Identity & Access Administrator (SC-300)ITIL 4 Foundation (advantageous)Key CompetenciesStrong analytical & troubleshooting skillsArchitecture & solution design thinkingSecurity-first and automation-first mindsetClear communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)Commitment to continuous learning📩 Application Deadline: October 1, Thursday, 10:00 AM 👉 Apply now with your updated CV including:
