This role is critical in ensuring platform stability, troubleshooting complex incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a healthcare sector environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L3 production support for RHEL servers and OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.Troubleshoot complex Linux issues (CPU, memory, disk, filesystem, networking, performance).Administer and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters (pods, deployments, services, routes, operators).Perform cluster health checks, upgrades, patching, and RCA for incidents.Automate tasks using Shell scripting, Python, and Ansible.Support CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD).Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus/Grafana.Collaborate with Red Hat Support and vendors on critical issues.Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.Required Skills & Experience5–8+ years in Linux system administration/production support.3+ years of hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes experience.Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and incident management skills.Proven experience in business-critical production environments.Preferred CertificationsRHCSA / RHCEOpenShift Administration / CKA (optional)ITIL 4 Foundation📩 Application Deadline: October 1st, Thursday, 10:00 AM 👉 Submit your CVs with complete details (Notice Period, Location, Contact, Email, Nationality, Current & Expected Salary, MOFA-attested degree status).
