Job SummaryAsl Al Burger is seeking an experienced Food Production Lab Manager to oversee and manage daily food production operations, ensuring efficiency, product consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily food production operations.Plan production schedules based on operational requirements and demand.Supervise production teams and ensure effective workforce allocation.Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with approved recipes and specifications.Monitor raw material usage, inventory, production waste, and productivity.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular operational reports.Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.Improve production efficiency and support cost and waste reduction initiatives.Ensure equipment, work areas, and production processes meet operational and safety requirements.RequirementsRelevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in food production, food manufacturing, central kitchens, or a similar environment.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position.Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Industry experience in restaurants, food manufacturing, or central production facilities is highly preferred.ation skills
