The team is committed to efficient service, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement in laboratory standards.Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Al-Qunfudhah Branch. Region, is for Lab Specialists and Technicians responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Daily tasks include preparing specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, monitoring test results for accuracy, and documenting findings in laboratory information systems. The role involves adhering to safety protocols, participating in internal quality control programs, and supporting senior laboratory staff with troubleshooting and process improvement. Lab Specialists and Technicians also collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely reporting of results and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.Requirements:Saudi nationalsHolders of a professional practice licenseCandidates should possess strong laboratory skills, including specimen handling and test execution, and experience working as laboratory technicians.Candidates should possess expertise in laboratory equipment operation, calibration, and basic maintenance.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret test results and identify inconsistencies.Candidates should possess knowledge of quality control procedures and adherence to regulatory and safety standards.Relevant diploma or degree in medical laboratory science or a related field, with appropriate professional certification or licensing as required.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with laboratory information systems; prior experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratories is an advantage.
