Lab Technician - X-Ray / XRF - SingaporeA global technology and supply chain solutions business within the electronics industry is looking to hire an Lab Technician - X-Ray / XRF to join its growing quality and inspection team in Singapore.This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior inspection or electronics experience, but it is also well suited to someone at the beginning of their career who is technically minded, hands-on, and eager to learn. Full training can be provided for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to develop.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate X-ray inspection equipment to inspect, compare, and verify the internal structure of electronic componentsPerform XRF (X-ray fluorescence) analysis for material composition and coating verificationInterpret inspection findings and escalate anomalies where requiredConduct dimensional inspections using digital measuring equipmentVerify critical measurements against technical specificationsRecord and maintain inspection and measurement data accurately within internal systemsCompile test data and prepare inspection reports, highlighting any deviations from specificationEnsure compliance with ISO, JEDEC, ESD, and internal QA/QC standardsSupport additional quality and inspection activities as requiredRequirementsMinimum ITE qualification or equivalent, ideally within Engineering, Electronics, or a related disciplinePrevious experience within electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, or inspection environments would be beneficial but is not essentialCandidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills are encouraged to applyExposure to X-ray, XRF, or inspection equipment would be advantageous but full training can be providedBasic understanding of ESD handling and electronic component packaging is beneficialComfortable working within a fast-paced operational or warehouse environmentGood attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to follow technical processes accuratelyWhat’s on OfferFull training and development opportunitiesExcellent opportunity to build a career within the electronics and semiconductor industryExposure to advanced inspection and quality technologiesSupportive team environment with opportunities for progressionOpportunity to join a growing international business within a fast-moving sector
