Laboratory Operations Manager

X4 Engineering are working with a global analytical testing organization looking for a Laboratory Operations Manager at their lab in Lancaster, PA.This role will be fully on-site position - significant relocation assistance is on offer for the successful candidate, should they require it.Key responsibilities:Lead daily lab operations and personnel, including performance against KPIs and financial goalsEnsure continued ISO/IEC 17025 complianceOversee the interviewing, evalutation, and eventual hiring of new lab personnelEnforce all QMS documentation including the Quality Manual, SOPs, and applicable test methodsEducation & Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related discipline5+ years' experience of supervisory experience in a laboratory environmentExpertise with PCR, ELISA, and cultural confirmation of foodborne pathogens including Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli O157:H7Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $110,000-$120,000Competitive bonus package based on incentives/targetsA choice of medical, dental, vision plans, employer-paid disability coverage & financial protection, 401(k) retirement contributionCandidates will need full rights to work in the US (i.e. US citizenship or Green Card) to be considered for this opportunity.Apply now or feel free to drop me any questions.
