Laboratory Operator

DustPhotonics, now part of Credo, develops cutting-edge Silicon Photonics technology that powers the next generation of high-speed data centers.We are looking for a Full-Time Laboratory Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.This is a hands-on, entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in the high-tech industry. No previous industry experience is required, and full training will be provided.Location: Modiin Technology Park, IsraelResponsibilities· Support the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.· Perform optical and electronic assembly tasks.· Operate laboratory equipment according to work instructions.· Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily activities.· Record work results and complete basic documentation.· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.· Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.Requirements· Previous laboratory or technical experience is an advantage but not required.· Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.· Good hand-eye coordination.· Willingness to learn new technical skills.· Responsible, reliable, and well organized.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Basic English reading skills.Working Environment· Full-time position based at our Modiin Technology Park site.· Hands-on work in an advanced optical laboratory.· Clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.· A role that requires accuracy, teamwork and attention to details.
