Thousand Oaks, CA1 year contractPR: 19-20/hrWhat You’ll Do:Plan and perform laboratory experimentsPrepare samples, buffers, and reagentsOperate analytical instruments such as HPLC/UPLC and CEAnalyze and troubleshoot experimental dataSupport analytical method development and optimizationCollaborate with Process Development and Formulation teamsUse AI, automation, and digital tools to improve data analysis and lab efficiencyDocument results accurately and follow laboratory procedures and safety requirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field0–3 years of relevant experience; internships and academic research are welcomeExperience with Python, R, or another programming languageStrong scientific problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and willingness to learnCurious, adaptable, and open to feedbackPreferred:HPLC/UPLC or chromatography experienceExperience with CE, mass spectrometry, or other analytical techniquesInterest in AI, automation, and data analytics
