Team members join a collaborative setting where different departments work closely to deliver comprehensive care and a positive patient experience.Role Description The Laboratory Technician role at Elite Medical Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, preparing specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting results accurately. Daily tasks include adhering to safety protocols, following standardized procedures, supporting quality control activities, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure timely and reliable test outcomes. The role also involves organizing workstations, monitoring supplies, and contributing to continuous improvement of laboratory practices to support high-quality patient care.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong laboratory skills and be able to perform a range of tests and procedures with accuracy.Candidates should possess experience with laboratory equipment, including proper use, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.Candidates should possess quality control and analytical skills to validate results and identify potential issues in testing processes.Candidates should possess practical experience working as laboratory technicians or in a similar clinical laboratory setting.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory sciences or a related field.Knowledge of laboratory safety standards, infection control, and proper handling of biological specimens.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established protocols and documentation requirements.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.Relevant local licenses or certifications required to practice as a Laboratory Technician in Amman are preferred.Application MethodInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are kindly requested to send their CV to the following email address:📧 hr@elitejordan.com
