MLT / BMLTEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician to support daily laboratory activities at our hospital. The candidate should have practical knowledge of laboratory testing, sample handling, equipment operation, and maintaining accurate test records.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollect, receive, label, and process blood and other clinical samples.Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and on time.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.Prepare samples and reagents required for testing.Maintain accurate test reports and laboratory records.Check the quality of test results and report any issues to the supervisor.Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.Dispose of laboratory waste according to hospital guidelines.Maintain the availability of laboratory materials and supplies.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.Required SkillsKnowledge of routine laboratory tests and procedures.Experience in handling laboratory samples and equipment.Basic computer and documentation skills.Good communication and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team and manage daily laboratory tasks.Eligibility Criteria2–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology.Willingness to work in shifts, if required.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
