PartitionBio is based at Granta Park in Cambridge, UK, offering a collaborative setting for scientific innovation.Role Description Establish, maintain, and manage a diverse range of cell linesOversee the tissue culture facility, ensuring optimal conditions and complianceSupport high-content microscopy screening projects from preparation through executionPerform molecular biology work including cloning and DNA-based assaysAssist with microscopy imaging and sample preparationDefine and implement technical requirements for cell culture infrastructure in close collaboration with our scientific teamManage acquisition and maintenance of specialist cell culture equipmentContribute to the maintenance and development of biosafety documentationOversee procurement of consumables and reagents – liaising with suppliers and optimizing costsPrepare buffers, media, and reagents to exacting standardsExperience must have'sA degree-level qualification with extensive practical experience in cell culture techniques (or equivalent industry/academic experience)Proven ability to work effectively as part of a small, interdisciplinary teamStrong communication skills and organizational mindsetA creative, problem-solving approach to technical challengesHigh accountability and reliability in delivering on commitmentsFlexibility and collaborative spirit in a dynamic environment And ideally haveExperience with microscopy imaging techniques and sample preparationFamiliarity with biosafety regulations and documentation practices (or a willingness to develop expertise in this area)Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, particularly cloning and DNA-based assays Please apply in writing with your CV and covering letter to; h.armes@partitionbio.co.uk
