Perform various laboratory tests to analyze biological samples for the presence of toxic substances.2. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment used in toxicology testing.3. Prepare samples for analysis following established protocols and procedures.4. Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and precision of test results.5. Interpret and report test results accurately and promptly.6. Maintain detailed records of tests performed.7. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results for patient care.9. Stay current with advances in toxicology testing methodologies and technologies.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.· Specialization or certification in toxicology is preferred.· Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, especially in toxicology.· Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.· Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent certification in toxicology is preferred.· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.· Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and healthcare professionals.· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
