Medical Laboratory technologist…Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory testing, sample processing, and molecular biology procedures.Handle and maintain clinical and biological samples according to SOPs and safety requirements.Operate and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and quality-control records.Follow laboratory quality, biosafety, and accreditation requirements.Support the validation, verification, and implementation of laboratory methods.Monitor laboratory reagents, consumables, and inventory.Report technical issues and non-conformities to the supervisor.Support daily laboratory operations and assigned projects. Medical Laboratory technologist…Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.Valid DHA license/eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician.Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.Knowledge of laboratory techniques, sample handling, molecular biology, and diagnostic procedures.Ability to operate laboratory equipment and follow SOPs, quality, and safety requirements.Good documentation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
