The Laborer is responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving and stacking goods, and assisting with general warehouse or yard operations. Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, following safety procedures, and supporting supervisors and colleagues with manual handling, basic packing, and sorting work. The role may involve operating simple tools or equipment, checking items for damage, and helping prepare orders for dispatch. The Laborer is expected to follow instructions carefully, work efficiently, and contribute to a safe and organized facility.Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.Basic understanding of safe material handling and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or general labor roles is an advantage but not required.Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah and adapt to changing daily tasks.
