The role is responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of candidate records, coordinating with recruitment agencies and relevant stakeholders for corrections where necessary, and ensuring that all approved CV Packs are properly uploaded into the system in accordance with established policies, procedures, and business requirements.At ALEC, we’re about more than just building iconic structures, we’re about building exceptional careers. Working closely with HR, project management, camp management, site operations, HSE, security, and other stakeholders, the team ensures that employee concerns are addressed promptly, and that labour accommodation and welfare standards are consistently maintained. We are committed to maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable labour legislation and company policies, and providing an efficient support system for our workforce. Through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement, the team contributes to a safe, respectful, and well-managed working environment.Your RoleAs a Labour Relations Clerk Review and verify all new CV Packs received from recruitment agencies to ensure that the candidate information and documents are complete, accurate, and in accordance with company policies and requirements.
