The person in this position prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, handles food orders, and ensures that the service area is clean and well-stocked. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and delivering items in a timely and friendly manner. The role also involves maintaining hygiene standards, coordinating with kitchen staff, and responding to guest feedback or concerns. The position requires consistent punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to company service and safety guidelines.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage guests professionally and courteously.Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, basic coffee knowledge, and operation of coffee-making equipment.Candidates should possess Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and collaborate effectively with colleagues.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene standards.Basic math skills for handling cash and payments; prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel is an advantage.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, and follow standard operating procedures.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training in hospitality or barista courses is beneficial.
