What You'll Be DoingSupport residential land development projects from acquisition through completion, including due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, and project planning.Review site plans, construction drawings, and development budgets to evaluate project feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare and manage bid packages for consultants, contractors, and trade partners.Analyze bids, negotiate contracts, and help drive the most efficient and cost-effective project outcomes.Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to secure development approvals and permits.Manage consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to keep developments on schedule and within budget.Monitor development budgets, cash flows, and project performance throughout the development lifecycle.Present project updates and community information to internal leadership and external stakeholders.Why This Opportunity Stands OutBroad exposure to the entire residential land development process, from due diligence and planning through construction and delivery.Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a lean team environment.High level of ownership and visibility across active development projects.Mix of project management, budgeting, entitlement coordination, and development execution responsibilities.Ability to make a tangible impact on project performance and business growth.Stable, well-capitalized platform with an active development pipeline in the Richmond market.
