قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Title – Landscape & Irrigation EngineerType - PermanentWork Location – Abu DhabiJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Irrigation Engineer to manage and enhance the landscape value of a large-scale master community development. This role is responsible for overseeing all landscape and irrigation maintenance operations, ensuring service excellence, sustainability, and compliance across parks, streetscapes, and public realm areas. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and third-party contractor management, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement in landscape quality and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Management & OperationsCoordinate and manage technical and operational deliverables related to master community landscape during transition and handover phasesManage day-to-day landscape maintenance operations for parks, public realm areas, streetscapes, and other landscaped assetsEnsure landscape areas are maintained per approved specifications, quality standards, and SLAsDevelop and implement annual and seasonal maintenance plansMonitor landscape performance and drive continuous improvement initiativesOversee health and condition of trees, shrubs, turf, groundcovers, and ornamental plantsDevelop irrigation, fertilization, and pest management programsRecommend landscape enhancement opportunitiesImplement sustainable horticultural practices and water conservation initiativesOversee operation and maintenance of irrigation systems including pumps, controllers, valves, and networksMonitor water consumption and optimize irrigation schedulesConduct routine site inspections and quality audits; ensure timely resolution of defects and non-conformitiesManage and evaluate third-party landscape service provider performanceHealth, Safety & EnvironmentalOperate and maintain landscape assets in compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental regulationsMaintain familiarity with corporate health, safety, welfare, fire, and environmental proceduresRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field10+ years of relevant experience in the landscape industry, including at least 5 years managing master community landscape operations and maintenanceProficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) softwareStrong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders/vendorsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong customer service orientation and team collaboration skillsSkills:Landscape ManagementIrrigation SystemsIrrigation DesignHorticultureTurf ManagementLandscape MaintenanceMaster Community OperationsFacilities Management (FM)CAFM SoftwarePreventive MaintenanceWater ConservationSustainability PlanningVendor/Contractor ManagementService Level Agreements (SLA)Quality AuditingHealth & Safety CompliancePest ManagementFertilization ProgramsLandscape Architecture CoordinationBudgeting & Cost ControlMicrosoft Office SuiteTeam LeadershipStakeholder Management
