Job Description

Manage site execution of landscaping and swimming-pool works, including excavation, concrete, waterproofing, finishes, hardscape, irrigation and pool plumbing.Review architectural, structural, landscape and MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor manpower, materials, quality, progress and project timelines.Prepare and coordinate method statements, RFIs, WIRs/MIRs, material submittals and site reports, ensuring quality, safety and authority compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Relevant experience in landscape, hardscape, swimming-pool construction, waterproofing, irrigation, and pool MEP/plumbing coordination.Proficient in AutoCAD and civil/site engineering tools, with good knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.UAE driving licence is mandatory; UAE Society of Engineers/DM approval is an advantage.How to Apply:Send your CV in word format to: LANDSCAPEJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Landscape & Swimming Pool Engineer” as email subject
