Landscape Inspector (Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Inspector with a strong background in infrastructure projects to join our supervision team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site supervision experience inspecting hardscape and softscape works, ensuring construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and authority requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect landscape works across roads, streetscapes, parks, public realm, and infrastructure projects.Monitor hardscape works including paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, street furniture, and decorative finishes.Inspect softscape works including tree planting, shrubs, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation.Verify materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings and specifications.Witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups, and raise NCRs where required.Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve site issues.Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with HSE and authority standards.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.8+ years of landscape inspection experience on Dubai infrastructure projects.Consultant-side supervision experience is mandatory.Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and landscape quality standards.Familiarity with DM, RTA, and other authority requirements.Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and specifications with strong reporting and communication skills.
