Landscape Projects Engineer

We at ASICO are looking for a Landscape Projects Engineer with progressive knowledge of the market and leadership qualities to join our team.The Projects & Maintenance Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of landscaping projects across the UAE. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in landscape management, and extensive knowledge of UAE regulations and approvals, including RTA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Dubai South, and other relevant authorities.Key Responsibilities include: Project Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects from concept, estimation, proposal creation, site management all the way to completionMonitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to company standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectivesCommunicate effectively with the clients, attend all progress meetings and ensure proper communication channels are established teams and ensure timely execution of tasks Regulatory Compliance:Obtain and manage approvals and permits from RTA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Dubai South, and other relevant authoritiesEnsure projects comply with UAE codes, standards, and environmental regulationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices Technical Management:Oversee all technical aspects of landscaping projects, including:Swimming pools - design, construction, and maintenancePlantations and horticulture - softscape, planting, and careIrrigation systems - design, installation, and operationCivil and MEP works - site preparation, grading, drainage, and infrastructure coordinationHardscape works - paving, retaining walls, pergolas, and outdoor structuresEnsure technical quality, accuracy, and compliance with design and safety standards Leadership & Team Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate project and maintenance teamsFoster a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellenceConduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities Client & Stakeholder Management:Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authoritiesAddress client concerns and provide timely updates on project progressEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality Reporting & Communication:Prepare and present clear, accurate, and timely reports on project progress, budgets, and maintenance activities to line managerMaintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and authoritiesRequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in landscaping projects and maintenance in the UAEProven experience managing approvals with RTA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Dubai South, and other relevant authoritiesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent technical knowledge of landscaping, swimming pools, irrigation, civil, MEP, hardscape and softscape worksProficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, or equivalent project management toolsStrong project management skills, with proficiency in project scheduling and budgetingBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering or related fieldExcellent reporting, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesPMP certification is a plusBenefitsMonthly CompensationHealth Coverage and Work permitProfessional development opportunities and resourcesA dynamic and collaborative work environment with growth potential
