الھدف من الوظیفةالإشراف على العملیات الیومیة لمسارات الفحص في محطات الفحص العربیة، بما یضمن تنفیذ عملیات DEKRA الفني التابعة لشركة ISO/IEC الفحص بأمان ودقة وبما یتوافق بشكل كامل مع متطلبات ولوائح ،SAAC 17020 ، ومتطلبات الاعتماد الصادرة عن المعتمدة . DEKRA وإجراءات ،SASO ویكون الدور مسؤولا عن تنسیق أنشطة المسارات، ودعم المفتشین، وضمان انسیابیة العمل وتحقیق كفاءة التشغیل وتقدیم خدمة متسقة بما یحقق أھداف أداء المحطة.المھام والمسؤولیات الرئیسیة

• الإشراف على العملیات الیومیة لمسارات الفحص لضمان انسیابیة العمل والكفاءة والالتزام بالمعاییر.
• تنسیق توزیع المفتشین ومساعدي المفتشین والمعدات والموارد على المسارات المخصصة . ISO/IEC
• التأكد من تنفیذ عملیات الفحص وفقاً لمتطلبات 17020 والإجراءات الداخلیة. SASO ولوائح SAAC و
• متابعة أنشطة الفحص لضمان الدقة والاتساق والالتزام بالمعاییر المعتمدة.
• مراجعة نتائج الفحص، وعند الحاجة شرح أسباب الرفض أو نتائج الفحص للعملاء بأسلوب مھني وواضح.
• ضمان سلامة العملاء والتعامل الآمن مع المركبات داخل منطقة الفحص في جمیع الأوقات .
• قیادة وتوجیه ودعم المفتشین ومساعدي المفتشین خلال العملیات الیومیة.
• التأكد من الاستخدام الصحیح لمعدات الفحص والحفاظ على الجاھزیة التشغیلیة للمسارات.
• تحدید المشكلات التشغیلیة أو الحالات غیر الآمنة أو فجوات الأداء وتصعیدھا عند الحاجة.
• تطبیق وتعزیز إجراءات السلامة لضمان بیئة عمل آمنة للعملاء والموظفین.
• جمع البیانات التشغیلیة ودعم إعداد تقاریر الأداء لمدیر المحطة .
• دعم تنفیذ الإجراءات التصحیحیة ومبادرات التحسین المستمر داخل عملیات المسارات.
• الالتزام باستخدام حساب فاحص المسلمةمن الشركة رسمیا وعدم مشاركتھا مع طرف اخر وتحملها كافة المسؤولیة عن ھذا الحساب .
• المسؤولیة الكاملة عن ملصقات الفحص الرسمیة تحت حسابة الشخصي في فاحص و اتباع الإجراءات الازمة حسب متطلبات و أنظمة العمل الداخلیة. SASO
• التأكد من ان جمیع المفتشین في المسار یستخدمون حساباتھم الخاصة في البرنامج التقني.المؤھلات والمتطلبات
• دبلوم أو مؤھل مھني في ھندسة السیارات أو المیكانیكا أو الكھرباء، ویفضل البكالوریوس
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتین كفاحص أو مساعد فاحص
• رخصة قیادة سعودیة ساریة
• یفضل وجود رخصة فاحص من الھیئة السعودیة وشھادة السلامة المھنیة
• معرفة قویة بمعاییر الفحص لدى الھیئة السعودیة والغذاء والدواء
• یفضل أن یكون سعودي الجنسیةالجدارا ت المطلوبة
• القیادة: القدرة على قیادة الفریق وتوجیھه وتطویره
• التواصل: تواصل شفھي وكتابي واضح باللغة العربیة (والإنجلیزیة للأدوار في المكتب الرئیسي)
• العمل الجماعي: القدرة على العمل بتعاون مع مختلف الأقسام
• حل المشكلات: القدرة على تحدید المشكلات واقتراح حلول عملیة
• النزاھة: الالتزام الدائم بالسلوك الأمین والأخلاقيJob PurposeTo supervise the daily operations of inspection lanes at DEKRA Arabia PTI stations, ensuring inspections are conducted safely, accurately, and in full compliance with ISO/IEC 17020, SAAC accreditation requirements, SASO regulations, and DEKRA procedures. The role is responsible for coordinating lane activities, supporting inspectors, and ensuring efficient workflow and consistent service delivery to meet station performance targets.Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise daily inspection lane operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance
• Coordinate allocation of inspectors, assistant inspectors, equipment, and resources across assigned lanes
• Ensure inspections are performed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020, SAAC requirements, SASO regulations, and internal procedures
• Monitor inspection activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards
• Review inspection outcomes and, when necessary, clearly explain inspection results or failure reasons to customers in a professional manner
• Ensure customer safety and safe vehicle handling within the inspection area at all times
• Lead, guide, and support inspectors and assistant inspectors during daily operations and performance execution
• Ensure proper use of inspection equipment and maintain basic operational readiness in assigned lanes
• Identify operational issues, unsafe conditions, or performance gaps and escalate when required
• Apply and enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for customers and staff
• Collect operational data and support preparation of performance reports for the Station Manager
• Support implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement within lane operations
• Commitment to using the inspector account officially assigned by the company and not sharing it with any other party, while bearing full responsibility for all activities conducted through this account.
• Full responsibility for the official inspection stickers issued under the inspector’s personal account in Fahis, and compliance with the required procedures in accordance with SASO requirements and internal operating regulations.
• Ensure that all inspectors in the inspection lane are using their own personal accounts in the technical system.Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or vocational qualification in automotive, mechanical, or electrical engineering; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an inspector or assistant inspector
• Valid Saudi driving licence
• SASO inspector licence and occupational safety certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of SASO/SFDA inspection standards
• Saudi national preferredCompetencies Required
