As part of Benesse Corporation, Berlitz continues to develop new products and services that leverage evolving technology and respond to client needs, delivering high-quality, practical learning experiences.Role Description The Language Instructor role at Berlitz Pakistan is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, DG Khan, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad.The instructor will deliver high-quality language lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels, following Berlitz teaching methods and curricula. Daily tasks include planning and conducting interactive lessons, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will also collaborate with center staff to support course scheduling, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and participate in ongoing training to enhance instructional skills and ensure consistent learning outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage diverse learners and adapt to different proficiency levels.Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons aligned with established curricula.Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature where relevant, to integrate reading and cultural content that enriches language learning.Excellent spoken and written command of the target language, with clear pronunciation and effective communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications or training in language instruction are an advantage.Experience in classroom or small-group instruction, preferably in a language center or educational institution.Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed, and commitment to professional development.
