Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting virtual lessons, assessing learner needs and progress, and adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning goals. The tutor will provide clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, facilitate conversation practice, and assign and review exercises or homework. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with learners, providing constructive feedback, and documenting progress in accordance with Tutoring’s guidelines. The Language Tutor is expected to participate in occasional team meetings or training sessions to share best practices and continuously improve instructional quality.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Tutoring and English Teaching, with experience supporting diverse learners at varying proficiency levels.Candidates should possess Online Tutoring skills, including comfort with virtual classroom tools and digital learning platforms.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and encourage active participation.Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in language instruction.Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or similar credentials is beneficial, as is experience teaching in remote or online settings.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage a consistent full-time schedule in a remote work environment.
