Laravel Developer

We are looking for a motivated Laravel Full-Stack Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team and help us build and improve our staffing and recruitment website/portal.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development, with good knowledge of Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, and PostgreSQL.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain our staffing/recruitment website and web portal.Build and improve both front-end and back-end features using Laravel.Develop job posting and job management functionality.Create candidate/talent profiles and talent management features.Develop client portals where clients can view and manage relevant talent.Build admin dashboards and recruitment management features.Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, relationships, and optimization.Create and integrate APIs when required.Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.Fix bugs, improve website performance, and maintain existing features.Work closely with the recruitment/business team to understand requirements and convert them into functional website features.Maintain clean, organized, and scalable code.Assist with future integrations such as email, notifications, ATS/CRM systems, and other recruitment tools.Required Skills1–2 years of experience in web development.Strong knowledge of Laravel and PHP.Good understanding of PostgreSQL.Good front-end development skills with:HTML5CSS3JavaScriptBootstrap or similar frameworkExperience working with Laravel MVC architecture.Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integration.Basic knowledge of AI integration and AI APIs such as OpenAI or similar services.Ability to integrate AI-powered features into Laravel/web applications.Knowledge of Git/GitHub.Understanding of database relationships and SQL queries.Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.Good problem-solving skills.Preferred / Plus SkillsExperience working on staffing, recruitment, job portals, ATS, CRM, or HR-related websites.Experience building dashboards and role-based access systems.Knowledge of Laravel authentication and authorization.Experience with AJAX, JSON, and API integrations.Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, and server management.Experience with payment gateways, email systems, or notification systems is a plus.What You Will Work OnYou will help us develop a complete Staffing Management Portal, including:Public job listingsClient job postingJob application managementCandidate/talent profilesTalent databaseClient portalAdmin dashboardCandidate-to-job matchingUser roles and permissionsRecruitment workflow managementDatabase managementNotifications and communication featuresIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, willing to learn, and interested in taking ownership of a project.
