Team members join a growing company committed to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in its specialty field.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laser CNC Designer and Operator based in Riyadh. The role involves designing components and structures for pool, fountain, and waterfall safety products using CAD software and preparing files for CNC laser cutting. The Laser CNC Designer and Operator will set up, program, and operate laser CNC machines, monitor production, and adjust settings to ensure accurate cutting and high-quality finishes. Daily tasks include reading technical drawings, selecting appropriate materials, performing basic machine maintenance, and inspecting finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy. The role also requires close collaboration with the production and design teams, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting project timelines and quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in CNC laser machine operation, including setup, programming, monitoring, and basic maintenance.Proficiency in CAD design and technical drawing interpretation for metal and acrylic fabrication.Experience working with stainless steel and acrylic materials, including handling, cutting, and finishing.Knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and correct machine or design issues.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Relevant technical diploma or certification in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in industrial fabrication or metalworking, especially in safety or architectural products, is an advantage.
