In this position, the specialist performs laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other approved procedures in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing suitability for laser procedures, explaining treatment plans, and documenting all services accurately. The Laser Specialist operates and maintains laser devices, follows infection control and safety guidelines, and monitors client responses during and after treatment. The role also involves coordinating appointment schedules, collaborating with medical and front-desk teams, and supporting client education and satisfaction.Qualifications Proven experience performing laser-based aesthetic treatments in a clinic or medical spa setting.Knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, contraindications, and treatment safety protocols.Relevant professional certification or license to operate laser equipment as required by local regulations.Strong client communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures and manage expectations.Attention to detail in treatment documentation, hygiene practices, and equipment handling.Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
