Touch of Health Polyclinic aims to create a supportive environment where both patients and healthcare professionals can thrive.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laser Technician & Nurse role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves performing laser treatments in line with clinic protocols, conducting skin and treatment assessments, and ensuring safe, effective use and maintenance of laser equipment. The Laser Technician & Nurse will provide pre- and post-treatment patient education, monitor patient responses, and document all procedures accurately in medical records. Daily responsibilities also include assisting physicians with dermatology and aesthetic procedures, adhering to infection control and safety standards, coordinating appointments, and contributing to a high level of patient experience and satisfaction.Qualifications Clinical and technical skills: Proven experience with medical and aesthetic laser systems, basic nursing procedures, and safe equipment handling.Patient care skills: Strong ability to assess patient needs, provide clear treatment explanations, deliver compassionate care, and manage post-treatment follow-up.Safety and quality skills: Knowledge of infection control, laser safety standards, and compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.Communication and teamwork skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with diverse patient populations.Education and licensing: Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor in Nursing) and eligibility for relevant professional licensing or registration in the UAE.Experience and additional capabilities: Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or laser therapy is highly beneficial; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using electronic medical records.Language and availability: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Willingness to work full-time on-site with flexible hours as required by clinic operations.
