The role involves performing laser treatments in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring safe and effective use of laser equipment, and documenting procedures accurately. The Laser Technician & Nurse will conduct patient assessments, explain treatment plans and post-care instructions, and monitor patient responses during and after procedures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to infection control and safety standards, supporting physicians during clinical procedures, and contributing to a positive, professional patient experience. The role also requires participation in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and new technologies in laser therapy and nursing care.Qualifications Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., registered nurse or equivalent) and valid license/registration as required in the United Arab Emirates.Formal training and certification in laser treatments or aesthetic procedures, with practical experience in operating laser devices safely.Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, documentation, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain procedures, address patient concerns, and provide empathetic, patient-centered care.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, follow established protocols, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.Good organizational and time-management abilities, including accurate record-keeping and compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic medical records, and willingness to learn new clinical technologies and procedures.Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or laser therapy in a clinical setting is an advantage; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered beneficial.
