This role involves performing laser hair removal and related laser procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing treatment rooms, operating laser equipment, assessing client needs, explaining procedures, and documenting treatments. The Laser Technician will provide clear aftercare guidance, respond to client questions, and escalate any concerns to the appropriate clinical or managerial staff. Collaboration with customer support and administrative teams is expected to ensure smooth appointment scheduling, professional communication, and a positive client experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal procedures.Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Laser operation and Laser Cutting technologies or similar equipment.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including active listening and professional communication.Relevant certification or training in laser technology, cosmetology, dermatology, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of safety standards and hygiene practices related to laser treatments is required.Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or medical aesthetic setting is an advantage.
