The clinic emphasizes innovation and holistic wellness, creating an experience that prioritizes both inner well-being and outer radiance.Role Description The Laser Technician is responsible for performing safe and effective laser-based aesthetic treatments for clients at New Age Clinic. This full-time, on-site position is based in Abu Dhabi and involves conducting consultations, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate laser procedures in alignment with clinic protocols. Day-to-day tasks include operating laser equipment for hair removal and other approved treatments, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining equipment, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Laser Technician will document procedures, follow up on client progress, and coordinate with medical and dermatology staff to support comprehensive care plans. The role also involves providing professional, empathetic customer service, educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care, and contributing to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.Qualifications Ability to perform and manage Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal treatments using professional-grade aesthetic laser devices.Proficiency in operating Laser equipment and understanding laser technologies relevant to dermatology and aesthetic procedures.Experience with precision work involving Laser systems, including safe handling, calibration, and basic maintenance (e.g., laser cutting or related technical operations).Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and ensure a positive client experience.Relevant certification or license to operate medical or aesthetic laser equipment, in accordance with Abu Dhabi and UAE regulations.Prior experience in a dermatology, medical spa, or aesthetic clinic setting is highly beneficial.Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and safety protocols for laser treatments.Ability to follow clinical procedures, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.Proficiency
