The clinic combines advanced technology with personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their skincare goals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laser Technician role based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Dubai. The Laser Technician will perform laser hair removal and other laser-based skin treatments according to clinic protocols and individualized patient treatment plans. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, operating laser equipment safely, monitoring treatment progress, and documenting procedures accurately in patient records. The role involves educating patients on pre- and post-treatment care, maintaining high standards of infection control, and ensuring that equipment is calibrated, clean, and functioning properly. The Laser Technician will collaborate closely with dermatologists and other clinical staff, provide professional customer service, and support a welcoming, inclusive environment for all patients.Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques, with a strong focus on safety and effectiveness.Hands-on experience working with Laser devices for aesthetic or dermatological treatments, including basic understanding of Laser settings and skin responses.Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with patients, manage expectations, and provide a positive clinic experience.Formal training or certification as a Laser Technician or in aesthetic medicine; eligibility to practice within UAE regulatory requirements.Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and treatment customization for diverse skin tones and conditions.Attention to detail in documentation, adherence to clinical protocols, and commitment to hygiene and infection control standards.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are an advantage. Tagalog language is a plus Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, or medical spa setting is preferred.
