The organization values precision, durability, and innovative design in all its products, offering a professional environment for technical and manufacturing professionals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laser Welding Technician role based in Riyadh. The Laser Welding Technician will operate and maintain laser welding equipment to fabricate and assemble stainless steel and acrylic fiber components for pool safety products, fountains, and waterfalls. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, setting up welding parameters, performing precision welds, and inspecting finished parts for quality and adherence to technical specifications. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, collaborating with production and quality teams, and following safety procedures and company standards. The technician will also assist with basic equipment troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and continuous improvement of welding processes.Qualifications Strong technical skills in laser welding or related welding processes, including setup, operation, and basic maintenance of welding equipment.Experience working with stainless steel and acrylic or similar materials, with an understanding of appropriate welding techniques and material handling.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications with high attention to detail.Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including safe operation of welding machinery, use of PPE, and compliance with workshop safety regulations.Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments, preferably in products for pools, water features, or similar applications.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct welding defects and quality issues.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and manage time and tasks in a fast-paced production setting.Vocational diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent practical experience in welding, metal fabrication, or industrial mechanics.Basic communication skills in Arabic and/or English
