The team is growing with beauty professionals who are committed to excellence, creativity, and outstanding client service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lash Technician role based at Gemini Beauty in Sobha Hartland, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Lash Technician will perform a range of lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and maintenance treatments, following brand standards and hygiene protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, designing customized lash looks, and delivering precise, safe applications that protect natural lashes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing appointment readiness, and supporting a calm, luxury client experience from arrival to departure. The Lash Technician will work closely with the wider salon team to coordinate services, uphold service quality, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.QualificationsProfessional training and certification in lash extensions and lash lift/tint techniques, with strong technical skills in classic, hybrid, and volume application.Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards for lash services, including proper tool sterilization and eye-area care.Experience in client consultation, with the ability to assess eye shape, natural lash condition, and tailor styles to client needs.Strong attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work over multiple appointments.Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a warm, professional manner and a focus on client comfort and satisfaction.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively with other beauty professionals in a luxury salon setting.Previous experience in a high-end salon or spa environment is an advantage; basic knowledge of complementary beauty services (brows, nails, skincare) is a plus.Willingness to learn, adapt to brand standards, and participate in ongoing training to keep skills and techniques current.Please send your CV , a portfolio of your recent work or your professional instagram profile.
