Last Mile B2C Sales Manager

About the Role Madar is seeking an experienced and results-driven B2C Sales to lead the growth of Madar’s consumer-focused last-mile delivery business across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of solid B2C sales experience, preferably within last-mile delivery, courier, e-commerce, quick commerce, on-demand delivery, or technology-enabled consumer services. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Saudi B2C market, proven experience acquiring and growing a high volume of consumer customers, an established network within relevant industries, and a strong track record in customer acquisition, demand generation, sales strategy, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities B2C Sales Strategy

• Develop and execute the B2C sales strategy for Madar’s last-mile delivery services.
• Define target customer segments based on customer needs, demographics, locations, purchasing behavior, and delivery requirements.
• Identify high-potential B2C segments and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Develop and execute plans to expand Madar’s B2C customer base across key Saudi cities and markets.
• Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve revenue and customer acquisition objectives. Customer Acquisition
• Lead the acquisition of new B2C customers through direct sales, partnerships, referrals, digital channels, and other relevant acquisition channels.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Develop strategies to increase customer conversion from leads and prospects into active customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
• Develop initiatives to reactivate inactive customers and reduce customer churn. E-commerce & Last-Mile Business Development
• Build relationships with e-commerce merchants, online sellers, retailers, social commerce businesses, SMEs, and other businesses that require last-mile delivery solutions.
• Identify potential customer segments that generate recurring delivery demand.
• Develop partnerships and commercial opportunities that can generate consistent B2C delivery volumes.
• Understand customer delivery requirements and recommend appropriate Madar solutions.
• Monitor market trends across e-commerce and last-mile delivery to identify new business opportunities. Demand Generation
• Develop initiatives to generate consistent delivery demand and customer volume.
• Identify new customer acquisition channels and optimize existing channels.
• Work closely with Marketing and other teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and usage.
• Monitor acquisition performance, conversion rates, customer activity, and revenue contribution.
• Continuously test and improve customer acquisition strategies. Client & Partner Network
• Leverage an established network within the Saudi e-commerce, retail, delivery, and last-mile ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with key potential customers, merchants, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Identify high-value accounts and opportunities that can generate recurring delivery volumes.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements. Market & Performance Management
• Monitor B2C market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and pricing.
• Track key KPIs including: o New Customer Acquisition o Active Customers o Customer Conversion Rate o Delivery Volume o Revenue o Customer Retention o Customer Acquisition Cost o Customer Lifetime Value o Churn Rate
• Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the B2C sales team.
• Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
• Coach team members on prospecting, customer acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
• Establish a results-driven culture focused on customer growth and revenue * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. * *5 to 7years of sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia’s last-mile delivery market. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers. * Strong understanding of the Saudi market and B2C customer behavior. * Established network of potential customers is highly preferred. * Experience in *e-commerce, logistics, delivery, or technology companies* is preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially driven. * Good knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management. * Excellent command of Arabic and English.
