Our customers walk out with new items every time they visit any of our stores.Job Title: Last Mile SupervisorResponsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of last-mile delivery personnel.Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of performance.Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources.Monitor and adjust routes as needed to accommodate changes or challenges.Oversee the last-mile delivery process to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery process.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to last-mile delivery.Implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure delivery vehicles are in optimal condition.Schedule routine maintenance and inspections.Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Min 2 years of experience in last-mile delivery operations, with a proven track record.Additional certification in Logistics Management or a relevant field is desirable.Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery processes, route optimization, logistics management and knowledge about Saudi geographic.Team management skills with the ability to provide guidance and support.Effective communication skills to address and resolve delivery-related issues. Familiarity with delivery tracking systems and technology to enhance delivery efficiency.
