قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجLaunch Director, Tiny Social DesignIn 2018, our founder Laurien Meuter texted the CEO of Rituals Cosmetics: "We don't need donors, we need customers." He ordered 100,000 bags.Today Tiny Miracles makes over 4.5 million products a year for brands like Rituals, Tony's Chocolonely and the Rijksmuseum, employing hundreds of women from Mumbai's most excluded communities. We're B Corp certified, self-funded, and profitable — no investors, no donor dependency. Our legal helpdesk has gotten 952 people their first identity documents. Our cash transfer programme has moved 44 homeless families into stable housing. We're not an NGO and not a conventional business. We're a profitable experiment in the fight against poverty. Now we're launching Tiny Social Design: we collaborate with designers — one of them a major international fashion name — putting our makers alongside some of the biggest names in global design. We have the designers, the products, and the makers. We need one person to take it to market. What you'll ownFour jobs, end to end.Sell it. The heart of the role. Build the commercial strategy and run it. Pre-sell statement pieces to corporate buyers, including "Work in a Box" — a portable livelihood kit that holds everything a community member needs to produce and sell. Launch the global online store. And use the attention Tiny Social Design generates to open doors for TM's core business, including the bag orders that keep 700+ women employed. The store won't pay the rent. You're here to turn a launch into a pipeline.Land the launch. In roughly six months we open a gallery or store event in Paris or Amsterdam, timed with the online store going live. You plan it and produce it. The hard part is filling the room with the right people: press, buyers, corporates, the design world.Crack the PR. Find the angle journalists and tastemakers actually care about. The objects give you material — a carpet woven to the floor plan of a real community member's home; jerry-can masks hand-painted by a truck artist in Mumbai slang. Aim the story and get it heard, briefing agencies where you need to.Drive it. Hold the timeline. Coordinate designers, makers and agencies. Keep Laurien, Lex, and Sid pulling the same direction. Nobody else is doing this full-time.Who you'll work withLaurien Meuter — Founder, Amsterdam. You report to her.Sid Menon — Head of Mission, Mumbai.Lex Pott — Head of Design, Amsterdam.Established design collaborators, not day-to-day.The community makers — women across nine Mumbai communities, and the reason this exists. What we're looking forA commercial operator, first. You've built B2B or corporate sales and can pre-sell an idea before it fully exists. That's the non-negotiable; the rest we build around. Fluent in or genuinely drawn to design and premium-lifestyle. Sharp instincts for a story. Self-directed — this is an early-stage arm with real ambiguity, and you make the plan rather than wait for one. And a genuine pull toward the mission: this won't out-pay a fashion house, and that has to be fine with you.Based in or able to work from Amsterdam, with travel to Paris and Mumbai. The dealFixed-term, 9–12 months, intent to convert to permanent if Tiny Social Design proves out. Reports to Laurien Meuter. Compensation TBD. Start as soon as possible. Please send your CV and cover letter to puck@tinymiracles.com. Applications close on August 7.
