قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPurpose of the RoleAs the Laundry Application Expert, you will provide technical expertise and hands-on application support across commercial and industrial laundry operations to ensure effective washing performance, chemical efficiency, equipment performance, and consistent quality standards.The role is responsible for programming and optimising tunnel washer and washer extractor processes, conducting titration and water analysis, applying laundry chemicals, developing wash programmes, monitoring process KPIs, conducting quality checks, and providing technical recommendations to improve laundry performance.Working closely with Laundry Operations, Engineering, Sales, and customers, you will provide on-site technical support, train laundry teams, resolve application-related issues, and support tailored laundry solutions that improve wash quality, garment care, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAreaWhat Success Looks LikeLaundry Application ManagementProgramme, monitor, and optimise tunnel washers and washer extractors to improve washing efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.Wash Programme DevelopmentDevelop and adjust wash programmes according to laundry classification, fabric type, customer requirements, and applicable operational requirements.Laundry Chemistry & Chemical ApplicationSelect, dose, and apply appropriate laundry chemicals according to different laundry requirements while ensuring effective cleaning performance and fabric care.Titration & Application ControlPerform application titration within wash cycles to verify chemical concentrations, dosing performance, and compliance with required application standards.Water AnalysisConduct water analysis required for laundry operations and support adjustments to wash programmes and chemical applications based on water conditions.Process OptimisationMonitor and analyse wash cycles and recommend adjustments to improve productivity, wash quality, water consumption, energy utilisation, chemical consumption, and overall process efficiency.Quality AssuranceConduct periodic quality checks covering wash quality, cleanliness, stain removal, garment care, and rewash performance. Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective improvements.KPI Monitoring & ReportingMonitor laundry process KPIs including productivity, turnaround time, rewash rates, water consumption, energy consumption, quality performance, and operational efficiency.
