The ideal candidate brings a refined understanding of luxury fabrics, maintains the highest standards of discretion, and leads the laundry team with professionalism and care.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage the complete laundry operations of the household, including washing, dry cleaning coordination, ironing, pressing and foldingHandle and care for designer garments, couture pieces, silks, cashmere and other delicate fabrics to the highest standardLead, train and supervise a team of 3 laundry staff, assigning daily duties and ensuring quality and timelinessMaintain the family’s wardrobes, ensuring garments are organized, stored correctly and ready for useOversee care of household linens, including bedding, towels and table linensApply advanced stain removal techniques appropriate to each fabric typeManage inventory of linens, garments and laundry supplies, and coordinate replenishmentLiaise with approved external dry cleaners and tailors for specialized care and alterationsEnsure laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained in good conditionUphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the family’s privacy and belongingsREQUIREMENTSMinimum 10 years of experience in laundry management, preferably in VVIP or royal households or 5-star hotelsExpert knowledge of fabric care, garment labels and luxury clothing handlingProven experience leading and training a teamWell-mannered, discreet, polished and highly presentableStrong organizational and time management skillsGood command of English; Arabic is an advantageFlexible and willing to accommodate the family’s schedule when requiredAvailable to join immediatelyWHAT IS OFFEREDSalary of AED 8,000 per monthAdditional benefits as per employment standardsHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates may share their CV with:Christina GraciasWhatsApp: +971 56 404 3642Email: cosurgerglobal02@gmail.comCosurger Global Partners | Precision Hiring for Growth
