Laundry Operations Manager

Laundry Operations Manager | DubaiWe are looking for a hands-on Laundry Operations Manager to join our startup premium laundry pick-up and delivery business. You will oversee daily operations, manage pickup and delivery logistics, coordinate with partner laundry facilities, ensure quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, solving operational challenges, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities• Establish and launch day-to-day laundry operations from scratch.• Source, evaluate, and manage third-party laundry processing partners.• Develop workflows for garment intake, tagging, tracking, storage, dispatch, and collection.• Create and maintain SOPs.• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff.• Ensure every garment is accurately tracked and handled with care.• Coordinate daily collections and deliveries.• Monitor turnaround times, quality, and customer satisfaction.• Handle customer issues and process improvements.• Manage inventory of packaging and operational supplies.• Produce regular operational reports.Requirements• Minimum 5 years of experience in laundry operations, retail operations, logistics, or similaroperational management.• Experience managing teams.• Comfortable working in a startup environment.• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic operational software.• Experience with commercial laundries or multi-branch laundry businesses.• Experience opening new branches or launching new operations.• Knowledge of garment care, quality control, and inventory management.
