With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.The Laundry Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and optimal team productivity. The role involves supervising the operations team, monitoring processing activities, addressing operational issues, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time while maintaining high service and safety standards.Supervise and coordinate Laundry Attendants during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Monitor garment sorting, tagging, and processing to ensure accuracy and proper handling.Oversee washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing processes in line with operational standards.Ensure daily production targets and shift KPIs are consistently achieved.Monitor workflow and promptly address operational delays, bottlenecks, or capacity issues.Escalate equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and operational issues to the relevant teams.Conduct regular quality spot checks to ensure garments meet required quality standards before dispatch.Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the shift.Provide on-the-job guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and process adherence.What You'll Need4–6 years of experience in laundry, garment care, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.Previous experience supervising or leading shift-based teams.Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.Good understanding of garment handling, laundry processing, and quality control procedures.Ability to manage daily production targets and maintain operational efficiency.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate operational issues promptly.Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends and public holidays when required.What Success Looks LikeShift Productivity: Achievement of daily and shift-level production targets while maintaining efficient workflow.Error & Rework Rate: Minimize processing errors, garment damage, and rework through effective supervision and process adherence.Quality Consistency: Maintain consistent quality standards across sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and finishing.On-Time Order Completion: Ensure orders are processed and completed within the required turnaround time.Team Performance: Maintain strong team productivity, attendance, and adherence to operational procedures.Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and operational standards.Who'll Excel?Strong focus on maintaining high on-time dispatch ratesProven ability to drive consistent delivery success ratesHigh accuracy in dispatch execution and order handlingCost-conscious mindset with ability to optimize cost per delivery
