At its core, the institute believes that every aspirant, regardless of background, deserves access to quality, affordable education that builds confidence and supports their ambitions.Role Description The Law Faculty (UPSC) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with the flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. The faculty member will design and deliver structured classes on Law for UPSC, including Optional and relevant components of General Studies, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam-focused coverage. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating high-quality study material, developing test papers, and analyzing student performance to provide actionable feedback. The role involves mentoring aspirants individually and in small groups, resolving doubts, guiding answer-writing practice, and aligning teaching with evolving UPSC patterns and syllabus requirements. The faculty will also contribute to academic content development (notes, model answers, online resources), participate in workshops and seminars, and collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve pedagogy and outcomes.Qualifications Strong academic background in Law (LL.B or higher; preference for candidates familiar with UPSC Law Optional and related GS papers).Demonstrated teaching or mentoring experience for competitive exams, particularly UPSC, with a clear, structured, and student-centric delivery style.Ability to design comprehensive course plans, create concise and exam-relevant study material, and develop practice questions and test series.Excellent communication skills, including clear explanation of complex legal concepts, effective classroom management, and constructive feedback to learners.Comfort with using technology for teaching (smart classrooms, online platforms, digital content creation) and adapting to hybrid teaching environments.Strong analytical and research skills to interpret UPSC trends, update content with recent developments, and incorporate current affairs into Law teaching.Commitment to learner success, including patience, empathy, and the ability to support aspirants from diverse educational and socio-economic backgrounds.Prior UPSC teaching experience or personal exposure to the UPSC examination process will be considered an added advantage.
