With a mission to reshape how candidates prepare for interviews, PInterview aims to help future leaders achieve their potential through expert-led career consulting services worldwide.Role Description The Law Specialist at PInterview is a full-time remote role responsible for conducting online mock interviews and coaching sessions with candidates seeking legal and law-related positions. Day-to-day tasks include assessing candidates’ understanding of legal principles, providing feedback on their performance, and guiding them on how to present their legal knowledge effectively in interview settings. The Law Specialist will develop interview questions, scenarios, and practical exercises related to business law, labor and employment law, and general legal practice. The role also involves creating and reviewing written materials, staying current with relevant legal developments, and collaborating with the team to improve legal interview content and resources for platform users.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated expertise in Business Law and Labor and Employment Law.Proficient in legal Writing, including drafting, reviewing, and providing feedback on legal and interview-related documents.Advanced Research skills for staying up-to-date on legal developments and integrating them into interview scenarios and coaching materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach diverse candidates in a clear and supportive manner.Experience in legal practice, legal education, or career coaching within the legal domain is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage online sessions, and use video conferencing and collaboration tools effectively.Juris Doctor (JD), LL.B., or equivalent legal degree preferred; relevant certifications or teaching/coaching experience in law are a plus.
