Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused *Lawyer* to join our legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in handling clients and legal matters independently.Candidates with experience in *Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, Civil Litigation, or other areas of law* are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities* Handle and manage assigned legal matters independently.* Consult with clients, understand their legal concerns, and provide clear and practical legal advice.* Maintain professional communication with clients and provide regular updates on their matters.* Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, legal notices, pleadings, legal opinions, and correspondence.* Conduct legal research and provide advice based on applicable laws and regulations.* Assist with negotiations, settlements, disputes, and litigation matters as applicable.* Coordinate with clients, courts, government authorities, external counsel, and other relevant parties.* Monitor case progress, deadlines, and required actions.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assigned matters.* Work collaboratively with other lawyers and legal support staff.* Handle multiple matters efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.* *Minimum 3 years of legal experience.** *At least 1 year of professional legal experience in the UAE.** Experience working in a *law firm or legal consultancy* is preferred.* Experience in one or more of the following areas: *Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, Civil Litigation, or General Legal Practice.** Strong *English communication skills*, both written and verbal.* Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.* Practical experience in *client consultation and relationship management*.* Ability to understand client requirements and explain legal matters clearly and professionally.* Strong legal drafting, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage legal matters independently and meet deadlines.* Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.* UAE legal experience and knowledge of relevant UAE laws and procedures.Preferred Skills* Experience in handling clients directly.* Experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents and agreements.* Experience in negotiations and dispute resolution.* Ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously.* Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
