Lawyer - Insolvency

We are working with an international law firm based in Dubai for an Associate to join their Insolvency team. The Role:The successful candidate will join a market-leading Insolvency team in Dubai, advising insolvency practitioners, banks, financial institutions, corporations, directors, shareholders, private equity funds and high-net-worth individuals on complex regional and cross-border disputes.The role will involve commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and restructuring, company and partnership disputes, regulatory investigations and financial services matters.
